ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ: We will make every effort to ship your order in as few boxes as possible and for the least cost. Please select Intl Shipping when making your purchase. We will bill your credit card for the shipping and insurance fees after packaging your order. Please DO NOT ASK US to give estimates on shipping beforehand. All International shipments are charged $5.00 USD per box for Customs Form Work. Each country has different overall box sizes and insurance limitations per box. We package and ship by the size allowed and each box falls within the maximum insured amount
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

All Return items must be in original display packaging. New unused
No Return on Electrical Parts.
No Return on Painted Parts (Fairings, Tourpack, Fenders, Etc.) Painted parts cannot be cancelled once ordered. This includes parts that are colors specific to a certain bike or model. FOR PAINTED PARTS ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS
All Returns on H-D items are subject to a minimum 10% Restocking fee issued in the from of a store credit or 20% restocking fee when credited back to the customers credit card..
ALL DRAG SPECIALTIES, KURYAKYN, RUSH, AND RELATED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE
ALL special order parts (not in stock items) are non-returnable.........it is your responsibility to order the correct items for your motorcycle. We cannot stock the customer's mistake.....we offer a discount on Parts, Accessories and Clothing. For this discount it is the customers responsibility to order the correct items. We do not recommend fitment. This is our eCommerce Store Policy for all cusotmers
All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization #. >>>> The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If a customer's order was Free Shipping in the US (over $500 ) and items are returned that would make the order falls below the $500.00 qualifier the customer will be charged the shipping that was originally on his order before any return parts credit is issued.
